KneeCare is an interactive rehab tracker which allows you to monitor and progress your lower limb rehab programme alongside your physiotherapist to ensure optimal results.
The app is secure, and tailored to you, and can be used to guide when it is safe to make changes throughout your knee rehab journey. There are helpful reminders about how to complete each exercise, and you never have to remember how many reps, or sets again as the programme is there for you each time.
The selected exercises are simple and concise and represent core capabilities for lower limb injuries and recovery. The app is free for you to use, and you can view your exercise programme and progress graphically over time
